Moorestown Leaf Collection Dates

The township began leaf collection this week in District 1. Collection continues through the rest of the month and into November and December.

The following is a list of collection dates and locations. Check the attached map to see what district you live in or contact the Public Works Department at 856-235-3520.

First collection:

District 1
Leaves to be raked curbside by 7 a.m. — Oct. 24
Dates of collection — Oct. 24-28 

District 4
Leaves to be raked curbside by 7 a.m. — Oct. 31
Dates of collection — Oct. 31-Nov. 4

District 3
Leaves to be raked curbside by 7 a.m. — Nov. 7
Dates of collection — Nov. 7-11

District 2
Leaves to be raked curbside by 7 a.m. — Nov. 14
Dates of collection — Nov. 14-18 

Second collection:

District 1
Leaves to be raked curbside by 7 a.m. — Nov. 28
Dates of collection — Nov. 28-Dec. 2

District 4
Leaves to be raked curbside by 7 a.m. — Dec. 5
Dates of collection — Dec. 5-9

District 3
Leaves to be raked curbside by 7 a.m. — Dec. 12
Dates of collection — Dec. 12-16

The township advises residents that bagged leaves or leaves placed in trash cans will not be collected with the normal trash pick-up. Bagged leaves will be opened for collection. Leaves may not be placed in the street or sidewalk and, per state stormwater management regulations, cannot be placed within 10 feet of storm drains.
