A burglar broke into a South Church Street home Tuesday afternoon and stole multiple items, according to police. Moorestown Police said the burglary occurred between 12-4:30 p.m. while the resident was away. The burglar forced open the side door of a home on the 300 block of South Church, near Route 38, and stole jewelry and electronics. Police are also investigating <a href="https://moorestown.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/burglar-stole-jewelry-from-master-bedroom-police" rel="nofollow">a separate burglary to a Country Club Drive home that occurred Saturday night</a>. Jewelry was also stolen in that break-in. Anyone with information that could assist in either investigation is asked to contact Moorestown Police at 856-914-3092. Residents are also urged to promptly contact police at 856-234-8300 to report suspicious activity. Call 911 for crimes in progress.

Police say the break-in occurred in broad daylight on South Church Street Tuesday.
