Moorestown School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School, Vacation

MOORESTOWN, NJ — The first day of school in Moorestown is September 5 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Moorestown School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 11/21: Early Dismissal
• 11/22 - 11/23: No School (Thanksgiving Break)

December

• 12/24 - 12/31: No School (Holiday Recess)

January

• 1/1: No School (Holiday Recess)
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/18: No School (Teacher In-Service)

March

• 3/15: No School (Potential Emergency Make-up Day)

April

• 4/19 - 4/26: No School (Spring Recess)

May

• 5/17: Early Dismissal (Teacher In-Service)
• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)
• 5/28: No School (Potential Emergency Make-up Day)

June

• 6/19: Early Dismissal for Students
• 6/20: Graduation/Early Dismissal
