Mt. Laurel Brothers Plead Guilty to Company's Crimes
Federal authorities say GB Check Cashing will have to forfeit more than $1 million for failing to file necessary reports.

Two Mount Laurel brothers pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday on behalf of the check cashing company they co-own.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, GB Check Cashing LLC—co-owned by Dalwinder S. Ghuman, 45, and Talvinder S. Ghuman, 53—failed to file required currency transaction reports for transactions with another business totaling approximately $1.1 million between Sept. 2010 and June 2011.
The Ghuman brothers pleaded guilty on behalf of GB in U.S. District Court in Camden. Judge Robert Kluger sentenced the business to one year of probation and ordered the company to forfeit $1,086,894, according to a release.
