MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A 46-year-old South River woman has been charged with bias intimidation, assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct after she hurled profanity and racial slurs at a clerk in a Mount Laurel hotel Monday night, according to police.
Police said they were initially called to the Super 8 Motel on Fellowship Road for a report of a disorderly woman in the lobby. Mount Laurel police said they found Elizabeta M. Trzeciak intoxicated in the hotel parking lot.
On the scene, police said they determined she was staying at another hotel nearby, and she was turned over to a family member. However, police said they received a video several hours later that showed Trzeciak verbally berating the front desk clerk, while using profanity and racial slurs.

She is also seen knocking items off of the front desk and throwing them at the victim, police said. The police department said they weren’t initially provided a copy of the video during the investigation, and it was never mentioned.
After seeing the video, police questioned Trzeciak again. After a review by the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office, Trzeciak was charged, police said. The charges were placed on a warrant.
