Romi Singh: 20 years

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Romi Singh: My father is the head chef and i joined with him as a full time partner

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Romi Singh: As a restaurant owner, one of the most common pieces of advice I give to customers is to try something new from our menu. Exploring different dishes and flavors can be an exciting culinary experience, and I often encourage guests to step out of their comfort zones and discover new favorites. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of communicating any dietary preferences or allergies to our staff so we can accommodate their needs and ensure a pleasant dining experience

Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Romi Singh: The most satisfying part for me is creating a space where people can come together to enjoy delicious food, share memorable experiences, and build connections. Seeing guests delight in their meals, hearing their positive feedback, and knowing that our restaurant has made a positive impact on their day or evening brings immense joy. Additionally, being able to showcase our culinary passion and creativity through the dishes we serve and witnessing the growth and success of our establishment over time is incredibly rewarding. Ultimately, it's about creating a welcoming environment where people can gather, unwind, and savor the pleasures of good food and hospitality.
