Morris Township Police Is Actively Recruiting Officers
Police are seeking a full-time officer to join the department, which serves more than 20,000 residents in the township.
MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ — Morris Township Police is actively recruiting candidates for the position of police officer.
The police department is seeking entry-level and certified police officers to join the department to fill vacancies.
The department serves more than 20,000 residents over an area of 15.45 square miles, according to township officials.

Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35, hold a valid New Jersey driver's license, and either have at least 60 credits from an accredited college or university or have completed four years of active military service with an honorable discharge, in addition to a high school diploma or GED.
They must also be U.S. citizens and currently reside in Morris or Sussex County.
