In moments of orthopedic urgency, the last thing a parent wants is to be stuck in a crowded emergency room, waiting for hours to receive the specialized care their child needs. Recognizing this need for prompt attention, The Pediatric Orthopedic Center created a dedicated Urgent Care Center designed to provide immediate treatment for recent, untreated, acute injuries that have happened within the past few days for children and adolescents.

Emergency rooms are often bustling with patients seeking treatment for a wide range of medical concerns, possibly including severe orthopedic injuries. Consequently, wait times can be lengthy, and the focus may be primarily on stabilizing life-threatening conditions rather than providing specialized orthopedic care.

By choosing to visit our Urgent Care Center, patients can bypass the long wait times typically associated with emergency rooms. Our specialized facility is equipped to handle acute orthopedic injuries promptly, ensuring that patients are seen by orthopedic specialists without delay. This streamlined approach allows for a faster evaluation, diagnosis, and initiation of treatment, leading to improved outcomes and a more efficient healthcare experience.
