MORRIS PLAINS, NJ — Motorists are alerted that on Monday, July 25 planned road work will be taking place in the area of Franklin Place, according to the Morris Plains Police Department.

The construction is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m. every day until Friday, July 29, according to police. The road closure will only affect westbound traffic, and an officer will be present to assist with traffic.

Additionally, beginning on Tuesday, July 26 a separate road project will begin impacting three separate township roads.

A planned milling project will alter traffic on Beaver Ridge Road, Walsh Way and Oregon Trail from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., police said.

Officers will be on the scene to assist with any traffic.
