The Beach Boys Cruising Into Morris County: Where To Get Tickets
The Beach Boys are making a stop at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown later this fall.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — The Beach Boys are bringing the California surf to the northeast as part of their "America's Band" tour, which celebrates more than 50 years of music.
The iconic band will perform at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown on Nov. 11. Tickets are selling quickly, so fans are encouraged to reach out to the MPAC box office at (973)-539-8008 for tickets at face value.
Since the band’s co-founder, lead-singer and chief lyricist Mike Love penned the lyrics to The Beach Boys’ first hit, "Surfin’" (1961), dozens of the bands chart toppers have become eternal anthems of American youth: "Surfin’ USA," "Surfer Girl," "Fun, Fun, Fun," "I Get Around," "California Girls," "Help Me Rhonda," "Barbara Ann," "Good Vibrations," "Wouldn’t It Be Nice," "Rock and Roll Music" and "Kokomo."

The band is still creating and performing with the same vivid imagination and style that defined their spectacular debut over 50 years ago. Sounds of Summer (RIAA certified triple platinum with over three million sales and increasing) and its companion The Warmth of the Sun, released by Capitol Records in 2013, signified a rebirth in Beach Boys enthusiasm that rocked the world once more.
The Beach Boys, who have become synonymous with the California lifestyle and an American icon, are led by Love, who, along with longtime member Bruce Johnston, musical director Scott Totten, Brian Eichenberger, Christian Love, Tim Bonhomme, John Cowsill, Keith Hubacher and Randy Leago, continue the legacy of the iconic group.
Bruce Johnston, a Grammy-winning songwriter, joined The Beach Boys in 1965, replacing Glenn Campbell on vocals and bass after he withdrew from touring. Highly renowned in his area, Johnston's vocal work with legends such as Elton John and Pink Floyd cemented his place among rock's best artists.
Tickets for the November concert range from $69 to $119. Showtime is 7:30 p.m. For tickets or more information, visit the MPAC website here.
