MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A film about Bruce Springsteen's life is on the way—and who better to capture the spirit of The Boss than his fellow New Jerseyans?

The casting team that recently worked on the "Happy Gilmore 2" movie is back, searching for local talent to be extras in this upcoming project.

Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking local talent to be extras in the upcoming biopic "Deliver Me From Nowhere." The movie will explore the creation of Bruce Springsteen’s iconic 1982 solo album "Nebraska" and is inspired by Warren Zanes' book, "Deliver Me from Nowhere: The Making of Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska."

The agency said production is looking for children ages 3 to 17 and adults of all ages and ethnicities for scenes set in the early 1980s, which are scheduled to film in Morris County on Nov. 22.

All extras must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, have no allergies to wool, and be willing to work around atmospheric smoke, officials said.

For the 1980s scenes, men should have longer or shag haircuts in a rocker style, avoiding fades and buzz cuts. Women can have any length, ideally chin to shoulder, with layers encouraged—no long extensions, but curly hair and perms are welcome. For the 1950s scenes, participants must be open to a period haircut.

According to Springsteen's official website, "Deliver Me From Nowhere" will be produced by 20th Century Studios and Disney. The film features Emmy Award-winner Jeremy Allen White, recognized for his performances in "The Bear" and "Shameless," and will be both written and directed by Scott Cooper, known for his work on "Crazy Heart" and "Hostiles."

“It is a once-in-a-lifetime honor to be collaborating with Bruce Springsteen, an inspiring and incomparable artist who represents so much to so many,” said David Greenbaum, president, Disney Live Action and 20th Century Studios.
