Cash, $10K Gold Monstrance Stolen From Morris Church: Sheriff
Authorities offering $1,000 reward for information leading to arrest.

The Morris Township Police and Morris County Sheriff’s Office are searching for the person they believe stole cash from a donation box and a gold and silver Lamb of God Monstrance from a local church.
A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons who allegedly burglarized the St. Thomas More Church on Madison Avenue near the Convent Train Station.
The burglary occurred between Wednesday night, Nov. 18 and early Thursday morning, Nov. 19, and police found cash from the donation box was taken along with a silver and gold Lamb of God Monstrance with an estimated value of $10,000.

Police believe the item may be sold to a gold buying store or paw shop for its precious metal value or sold on eBay or Craigslist.
