The eatery, founded in 2018, not only prides itself on its good-tasting food, but also its good-looking food.

“Whether you notice it or not, you eat with your eyes first, and we are really taking on that concept,” said founder Brianna Keefe. “Everything on our menu, whether it be toast or a smoothie or an acai bowl, will be almost like a piece of art."

The menu offers several breakfast options, from housemade treats to fruit bowls, from smoothies to fresh juices, there is something for everyone.

A highlight of the menu is its artisan toast, including the crab toast featuring lump crab, melted Swiss and fontina cheeses, sriracha aioli, tomato, bibb lettuce, jalapeño, microgreens, and a lemon twist on rustic toast. There’s also the avocado smash toast, a multi-grain piece of toast topped with avocado, watermelon radish, marinated tomatoes, chili oil, and microgreens. (Gluten free options available.)

The new eatery also offers handcrafted iced/hot coffees and teas, including matcha, chai, espresso, and cappuccino.

“This is my first taste of the cappuccino here at Toastique,” Mayor Tim Dougherty said in a social media video. “On a scale of one to ten, it’s a ten.”
