-1/2: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a suspicious occupied vehicle at the Rockaway Townsquare Mall in Rockaway Township. An investigation led to Bryann M. Bley, age 23, of Jefferson Township, and Amber J. Cicman, age 20, of Jefferson Township, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. They were both released with court dates pending.
-1/3: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Morris Plains. An investigation led to Rafael J. Pilataxi-Valdez, age 18, of Morristown, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.

-1/6: ARREST FOR HINDERING APPREHENSION: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Mount Olive Township. An investigation led to Richard Schoeder, age 50, of Washington Township, to be charged with Hindering Apprehension. He was released with a court date pending.
-1/6: ARREST FOR D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Morristown. An investigation led to Victoria L. Randle, age 49, of Boonton Township, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated. She was released with a court date pending.
