Driver Was Drunk, Speeding On Sidewalk, Morris Co. Police Say
The crash happened on Dec. 7 on Route 10 westbound in Denville Township, police said.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A Morris County woman has been charged with driving under the influence following a crash last week on Route 10, Denville Township police said.
Stephanie M. Fowler, 32, of Dover, is now facing multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, following a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Dec. 7 on Route 10 westbound in Denville Township.
Following a police investigation, Fowler was arrested for driving while intoxicated, police said.

Fowler’s charges include:
- DWI
- Consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle
- Refusing to provide breath samples
- Failing to install an interlock device
- Following to closely
- Speeding on a sidewalk
- Improper drive on sidewalk
- Open alcohol container in a motor vehicle
- Reckless driving
- Careless driving
Police did not provide any additional information on the motor vehicle collision.
