Restaurateur Mike Kurt, who owns Eve's Bakery, said the Morristown shop sells goodies from Eve's, an all-natural bakery based in Teterboro. There are also vegan sorbets available, for those who don't eat dairy.
The handcrafted ice cream and sorbet shop was founded in Manhattan by Jon Snyder in 2002, and has since tried out hundreds of flavors with fresh ingredients. Snyder spent his summers as a child working at his grandparents' Carvel shop in New York state, according to the website. After a career as an entrepreneur and investment banker, he opened the new business.

The original Laboratorio del Gelato is in the Lower East Side, and teams still churn out ice cream and sorbet in the New York City lab.
They make three flavors year-round: vanilla, salted caramel, and dark chocolate. The other tastes include everything from traditional options and seasonal flavors to more unique ones — How about a scoop of caramel corn, poppyseed, Thai tea, beet, or cheesecake-flavored gelato?
Each week, these fresh batches are delivered to the three New Jersey locations, also including Montclair and Hoboken. The company also supplies gelato to high-end restaurants, including several with Michelin stars, Kurt noted to Patch.
