Gun Drawn In Family's Christmas Day Fight In Morris Co.: Report

The fight allegedly happened between an uncle and his nephew.

WHARTON, NJ — One family's Christmas Day ended with an arrest, after one member pulled a gun on another, the Daily Record reported.

William Caso, 57, allegedly got into a fight with his nephew at the end of the day. As the two argued, Caso was cut on his face; Caso grabbed a gun and allegedly pointed it at the nephew.

Caso is charged with aggravated assault and possession of a gun for an unlawful purpose, the Daily Record reported.
