Morris County Actor Proposes To Girlfriend In Haunted House
A Rockaway couple got engaged inside the Haunted Scarehouse's murder-go-round room in Morris County, a report says.
WHARTON, N.J.– Brittany Harris was in for an unusual surprise as she ventured through the new murder-go-round-room at the Haunted Scarehouse in Wharton for the first time.
On Thursday, the 24-year-old medical assistant and haunted house makeup artist was greeted by her boyfriend of five years who ended up proposing to her, NJ.com reports.
According to the NJ.com report, Angelo Melchiorri, 24, an actor in the murder-go-round room, popped open a box with an engagement ring inside and told Harris:

"You're the love of my life and it's been five years, and I wanna spend the rest of my life with you."
It was the Rockaway couple's fifth anniversary, NJ.com reported.
"Halloween is my favorite time of year, even more than Christmas," Melchiorri told NJ.com.
Harris said yes.

"I've been waiting for the day for him to ask me but I wasn't expecting it this soon," Harris told NJ.com "It was just a great surprise, it really was. I did not see it coming at all."
