Lightning and Thunder formed in the late 1980s with Mike Sardina impersonating Grammy-winning artist Neil Diamond, and Claire Sardina impersonating the likes of Patsy Cline, Barbara Streisand, ABBA, and Blondie.
The pair eventually got married in the mid-90s and performed together until Mike’s death in 2006.
