The Hunt For Easter Eggs Gears Up For Return To Morristown

An Easter egg hunt for children will take place in Morristown on April 12.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Get ready, Morristown, the countdown to the communities beloved Easter Egg Hunt is officially on.

Morristown Recreation is gearing up to host its highly anticipated annual Easter Egg Hunt, set to take place at Lidgerwood Park on April 12, offering a day of fun with goodie bags, a magic show, and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny.

The event kicks off at 10 a.m., where attendees can pick up their goodie bags and enjoy a magic show starting at 10:15 a.m.

The Easter Egg Hunts will begin promptly at 11 a.m., with three separate hunts for different age groups: 3-5, 6-8, and 9-11. Participants are encouraged to bring their own baskets and keep an eye out for ‘specialty eggs’ after the hunt.

The event will take place rain or shine and is exclusively open to Morristown residents.
