Illegal Immigrant Sexually Assaulted Girl For 5 Years In Morristown: Report

Morristown, N.J. – A Honduras native living in Morristown has been jailed on $225,000 bail after being charged with sexually assaulting a girl between the ages of eight and 12 during a five-year period.

According to dailyrecord.com, Daniel Soler, 46, is an undocumented immigrant and was charged with three counts each of aggravated assault and sexual assault as well as endangering the welfare of a child. That child is now 14, the report said.

Soler works locally and lives in town with his wife and a child, along with other relatives, the report said.
