Scott has held his post since 1989 and helped the Mission expand its reach across the state and provide essential programs, including the multi-phased Emergency Assistance and Life Change rehabilitation program for men. The program integrates Christian values and practices for rehabilitation so the men can successfully transition from homelessness and addiction to being productive citizens within their communities.
