Morris Sheriff's Office Bringing Child ID Booth, Educational Programs to Rockaway Mall

The Morris County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with the Rockaway Townsquare Mall and Rockaway Township Police to “bring shoppers a unique opportunity to experience first-hand some of the ways law enforcement is protecting each of us on a daily basis,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

A child identification booth will be set up along with officers from the partnering agencies to assist in taking children trough the fingerprinting process. The Morris County Sheriff’s Office Special Units tactical equipment and law enforcement educational programs will also be on display.

The event will take place Saturday, Dec. 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
