Morristown Nonprofit's 'Family Fest' To Benefit Families Affected By Cancer
The Colonial Cancer Foundation's event will feature food trucks, live music, face painting, hay rides, pony rides, corn hole, and more.
MORRISTOWN, NJ — A Morristown-based nonprofit that benefits can families affected by cancer will be hosting an event in September.
The Colonial Cancer Foundation’s ‘Family Fest’ will be Sept. 6 at the Morristown National Guard Armory, on 430 Western Avenue. The event will be from 1 to 6 p.m.
According to organizers, the day will feature food trucks, live music, face painting, hay rides, pony rides, corn hole, dunk tank, bounce houses, and recreational sports games.

Tickets can be purchased online here, and cost $25 for adults, $5 for kids ages 5-17. Kids under 5 years old can attend for free. All proceeds will go towards the Colonial Cancer College Scholarship for Morristown High School students.

In Reverse will be performing during the event as well.
The Colonial Cancer Foundation was founded by Morristown High School football players who had lost their fathers to cancer. The nonprofit strives to assist families who’ve been affected by cancer.
