Morristown's Festival On The Green Celebrates 22 Years On September 25

The 22nd annual Festival on the Green will be hosting boisterous fun on Sunday, September 25, embracing the fall and bidding a final adieu to the summer of 2016.

This year, over 150 vendors will be lined up on and around the town's Gree,n selling wares and eats while bands and other artists provide sights and sounds. The scheduled lineup includes the New York Red Bulls Street Team Freestylers, TropyBand Orquesta, The Heart of Gold Band, and many more. Kids can jump around big blow-up castles and try their hands at a little rock climbing. Jugglers will throw a few balls by you while stilt-walkers weave their way through the crowd.

The annual event is once again produced by the Morristown Partnership, an organization with the goal of revitalizing the downtown district through marketing, events, and other projects. A few of the sponsors, including Bayer, a perennial festival sponsor with its North American headquarters based in Whippany, will also have stalls set up, with information and sweepstakes for lucky attendees.
