Pair Allegedly Had With Heroin In Morris Co. Park: Police Blotter

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morris County Park Police made several arrests between Dec. 27 and Dec. 31, including one for a pair with suspected heroin. Read about those arrests, as written by police, here:

-12/27: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Parsippany. An investigation revealed Willie E. Irick, age 34, of Belleville, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Hackensack City Municipal Court. He was able to post the required bail and was released with a court date pending.

-12/27: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a suspicious occupied vehicle in Hanover Township. An investigation led to Benjamin T. Mirjah, age 27, of Morris Plains, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.

-12/28: ARRESTS FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed two suspicious persons in Hanover Township. An investigation led to Tiffany C. Smith, age 37, of Morris Plains, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (suspected Heroin); and Heather L. Conklin, age 37, of Dingmans Ferry, PA., to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (suspected Heroin), Possession of Hypodermic Needles, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She also was revealed to have an N.C.I.C. Warrant from the Morris County Sheriff's Office and turned over to their custody after processing. Ms. Smith was released with a court date pending.

-12/29: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS/WARRANT: Officers stopped to assist a disabled motorist in Jefferson. A subsequent investigation led to Belinda Enchautegui, age 46, of Paterson, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released with a court date pending.

-12/29: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Jefferson Township. An investigation revealed John A. Clark, age 52, of Jefferson Township, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Sparta Township Municipal Court. He posted the required bail and was released with a court date pending.

-12/30: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for equipment violation in Jefferson Township. An investigation led to Austin T. Enterline, age 25, of Jefferson Township, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.

-12/31: ARRESTS FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a suspicious occupied vehicle in Hedden County Park in Randolph Township. An investigation led to Joseph A. Pryce, age 20 of Jefferson Township, and Oswaldo J. Diaz, age 22, of Dover, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. They were both released with a court date pending.
