Readers: Pazzo Pazzo 'Best Italian Restaurant'

One of our latest initiatives is the "Readers' Choice" series, formerly known as "Best Of." Simply put, we are asking you what you think is the best (fill in the blank). For the "Readers' Choice" debut,  

The passion was evident. The decision was tough. But, finally, after much deliberation, the winner is ... drumroll ...

Congratulations to this Speedwell Avenue restaurant for receiving our "Readers' Choice" award. This was decided among several factors, including reviews, comments and our "unscientific poll." Here's what some readers said about Pazzo Pazzo:

"Pazzo Pazzo has the best pizza and Italian food in the area!!" –

"Sophisticated Casual Elegance! Not overstated, yet definitely not run of the mill." –

" ... the food is great and very friendly bartenders who remember you." –

But, Pazzo Pazzo was not the only Italian restaurant to receive high praise. was torn between two restaurants: "I voted for as best that I've sampled from the list, but I have to give a shout out to for more casual, more reasonably priced Italian food. Love it there."

Meanwhile,  was concise in her choice:  is absolutely the best!"
