Pickup Truck Carrying Baby Crashes Into Morristown House, Structure Deemed Unsafe: Cops
Residents forced to leave home until further evaluation, police report.
A family has been evacuated from their Morristown home and two vehicle passengers were taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after a pickup truck crashed into the side of a home, Morristown Police Lt. Stuart Greer said.
Morristown police responded to a report of a crash with injuries at 11 a.m. on Ford Avenue and found a Ford F-350 pickup truck had left the roadway, traveled through a fence, and crashed into the side of a house, Greer said.
Police determined the driver, Elsa Sanguri-Machamba, 39, of Morristown, lost control of the truck and veered off the roadway, Greer said.

Morristown construction official Fritz Reuss responded to the scene and determined the house was an imminent hazard due to concerns of the structural integrity, Greer said.
