Pocket Park's "architectural feature" gives way to fluffy grass.
It was called an "architectural feature." Today, it's simply grass.
The pocket park on the corner of Washington Street and Schuyler Place, which replaced the old Washington Building earlier this year, had an impervious surface next to a similarly-sized grassy surface, between several benches meant for sitting, lunching and watching the traffic pass by. .
