Also this weekend, the Newark Art Council and the Newark Museum will be hosting a screening of The Rule, a documentary focussing on the success Newark’s St. Benedict’s Prep has had at educating inner-city youth. St. Benedict’s students enjoy a nearly 100 percent college-acceptance rate in a city where many African-American and Latino males struggle academically.
