Earlier this month the County of Essex completed an upgrade to Luis Lopez Little League Field, located in Branch Brook Park. The upgrade was a “complete facelift,” with a new synthetic grass playing surface, fencing, bleachers and basic repairs needed because of natural wear-and-tear.
