NEWARK, NJ — An overturned tractor-trailer has caused traffic to be tied up in Newark early Thursday morning.
As of 7:47 a.m., there's an overturned tractor-trailer on US 1&9 southbound ramp to I-78 in Newark, NJ Department of Transportation said.
All lanes are currently closed, NJ DOT said.
