Update: Bergenfield Man Charged With Murder: Prosecutor
Police are looking for Jose D. Perez Vasquez. He was charged with murder in the death of Uvaldo de Gabriel Aguilar, 43, authorities said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Bergenfield man was charged with murder in the death of another man Monday, authorities said.
Jose D. Perez Vasquez, 50, was charged with first-degree murder and unlawful possession of a weapon, said acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo.
A warrant was issued for Vasquez's arrest; his whereabouts were "unknown" Monday night, Calo said.

Authorities charged Vasquez as the result of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and the Bergenfield Police Department, Calo said.
Uvaldo de Gabriel Aguilar, 43, was found after the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office received information from the Bergenfield Police Department that a man suffering from a stab wound was found near Portland Avenue, Calo said.

The homicide occurred at about 12:32 a.m., Calo said. Aguilar was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 3:05 a.m., Calo said.
