Father David Milliken, pastor of the <a href="http://www.churchoftheascension.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Church of the Ascension</a>, is sponsoring a Healing Mass Tuesday beginning at 6:30 pm. The service is expected to last until approximately 10 pm.  A healing mass consists of a mass service with special emphasis of those who are sick or in need of healing. Special prayers are said and there is an anointing of oils.  Father Milliken is expecting people to begin arriving in the early afternoon and encourages all those in need of healing to attend.  The is located at 256 Azalea Drive, New Milford.
