New Milford High School Hosts College and Career Readiness Night
Panel of educators answer students questions about the application process
recently hosted College and Career Readiness Night offering students and their parents an opportunity to speak with representatives from colleges, universities and the military.
Representatives from Drew University, Stevens Institute of Technology, Bergen Community College, Musicians Institute, Academy of Art University, Lincoln Technical School and the United States Army took part in the evening's events. Director of Admissions for Rutgers University, Nancy Pullen, attended the program as well.
The evening began in the auditorium where the panel answered student and parent questions regarding the application process and explained the credentials each respective school requires when reviewing a candidate's application.

Afterwards, each representative was assigned to a classroom where they spoke to the students and parents one-on-one, answered specific questions and distributed materials detailing their offerings.
