• District, region alignments for 2026 NJ wrestling postseason (northjersey.com) — New Milford High School wrestlers will compete in District 1 of the 2026 NJSIAA individual postseason, with River Dell hosting on February 28 and regional rounds on March 6–7. The state tournament was pushed back a week to accommodate a college basketball event in Atlantic City, shifting the entire postseason calendar.
