The Student Council at DEOMS recently collected $997.29 for their "Pennies for Patients" drive. The money raised by the students is to benefit the <a href="http://www.lls.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Leukemia and Lymphoma Society</a>. Mrs. LePage's homeroom came in first place collecting $140.28. Coming in at second place was Mr. Muratore's homeroom with $101.26, and in third place was Mrs. Clason's homeroom with $91.73.  The Student Council at DEOMS is under the direction of Mrs. Daley and Ms. Carroll.  "I am very proud of the efforts of all the students at DEOMS," said Mrs. Whitney Perro, the principal of DEOMS.
