Saturday mornings come alive at the as former Radio City Rockette, Lynn Sullivan, teaches Zumba Gold. Zumba combines Latin and international music with a fun and effective workout. It's like a fitness dance party.   If you are interested in joining the New Milford Senior Activity Center, you can register at the center with Mary Beth Hubbard. The Center is opened Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.  The New Milford Senior Acitivity Center is located at 275 River Road, 201-599-7565.
