This Week in New Milford

On Monday, June 18, there will be a regular meeting of the Board of Education at 7 p.m. in the Media Center at the High School.

On Tuesday, June 19, there will be a combined work session and regular meeting of the Planning Board. On the agenda is discussion regarding updating the Open Space Plan of the Master Plan to include acquisitions of flood prone properties. The meeting will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of .

New Milford High School is holding their graduation ceremony at Paramus Catholic High School on Wednesday, June 20, at 7 p.m. 

Also on Wednesday June 20, there will be a meeting of New Milford's Chamber of Commerce. Special guest speaker will be Senator Robert Gordon. The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at the offices of Century 21 located at 681 River Road. 

There will be a special meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Thursday, June 21, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall. This meeting is devoted entirely to the development of the United Water property. Experts for the developer, Hekemian, will testify. As of this time, it has not been determined which expert will be providing testimony.
