On Feb. 19 the Berkeley Heights council will meet in the municipal building at 7 p.m. The council will review a resolution to approve the $277,782.72 bill list, a resolution to approve the planning board examine if the municipal complex is a redevelopment area and other resolutions pertaining to professional services.
