'FLUX': Surfing Documentary Film

A documentary film detailing the journey of 10 surfers over 10 days as they discuss life, faith, creation and God will be screened in Ocean City on Saturday, April 6.

"FLUX: A Journey of Constant Change" will be shown 7 p.m. April 6 at Coastal Christian Ocean City (Eighth Street and West Avenue). Admission is free, but there will be a chance to make a donation to the film to cover costs.

The film is sponsored locally by FCA Surf.

The Australian surf documentary film is on a tour of the East Coast. The film is described as follows:

" 'FLUX' is a surf film with a difference. A documentary of the journey of a gathering of surfers aged from 12 to 60 from different backgrounds, situations in life and heritage. 
 
They share a love of surfing and a common faith arising from very different journeys.
 
Living together in New Zealand for 10 days, they share surf, laughter and conversation. You can share that journey with us, discovering the depth and breadth of others ... The value of the individual and the value of community ...
 
The beauty of solace and creation ... The value of generations and surfing together.
