Ocean City residents are invited to drop off unused, unwanted or expired prescription medications at a drive-up location on Saturday.
The event will take place 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of the Ocean City Municipal Airport at 26th Street and Bay Avenue.
The event is part of the statewide Operation Take Back, which includes more than 250 police departments. The effort is spearheaded by the federal Drug Enforcement Agency as a way to curb abuse of prescription drugs.
