Gov. Christie to Visit Ocean City on Saturday

Gov. Chris Christie will visit part of the Ocean City Boardwalk on Saturday.

The New Jersey governor is scheduled to appear at 1:30 p.m. May 25 at the Eighth Street ramp and walk the boards from there.

The governor has been visiting Jersey Shore towns to promote a "Stronger Than the Storm" campaign, letting visitors know that shore resorts are open for business and recovered from Superstorm Sandy.

Christie will move on from Ocean City to walk the boardwalk in Wildwood at 3:30 p.m. May 25. He will start from the 26^th Street entrance.
