'Iconic' Humpty Dumpty Figure Stolen From Jersey Shore Mini Golf Course: Police
The vintage figure was forcefully ripped from its base and then discarded several buildings away, police said.

CAPE MAY, NJ — Police are seeking the people responsible for vandalizing an "iconic vintage" Humpty Dumpty figure at a local Cape May mini golf course.
The figure was "forcefully" ripped from where it was mounted at Ocean Putt Miniature Golf Course at Jackson Street and Beach Avenue in Cape May at about 4:04 a.m. on Sept. 7, police said.
Surveillance video shows someone climbing the fence on Jackson Street and removing Humpty Dumpty.

It was then discarded several buildings away on Jackson Street, police said.
Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects seen in the videos.
