Ninth Street Back Open After Truck Blocks Traffic
Ocean City's gateway was blocked for about 45 minutes on Thursday morning (Aug. 8).
An 18-wheeler trying to make a delivery to a beach supplies store at Ninth Street and Bay Avenue somehow crossing the median and blocked four lanes of traffic on Thursday morning.
Ninth Street was closed for about 45 minutes between 11 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., according to Ocean City Police Capt. Steve Ang.
The truck was removed, and all lanes have been reopened to traffic.
