Ocean City To Hold 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony On Saturday
Ocean City will hold a remembrance ceremony on Saturday to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City will hold a remembrance ceremony on Saturday to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
The annual ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. outside the Ocean City Fire Department headquarters (550 Asbury Avenue), where a 9/11 memorial sculpture is on display.
"A Day to Remember" will include music, prayer and reflections on the memory of lives lost and on the community spirit that was renewed in the 20 years since the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Speakers at the ceremony include Ocean City Mayor Jay A. Gillian, Fire Chief James P. Smith and first responder Billio Olaschinez.
