Ocean City Police Seek Person Of Interest In Theft
Ocean City police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in a theft on the Ocean City Boardwalk in August.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved a burglary and theft incident that took place in August.
The incident happened in the early morning hours of Aug. 26 in the 900 block of the Ocean City Boardwalk, police said.
The suspect is described by police as a white male approximately 50 to 60 years of age and at least 6 feet tall with a muscular build.

"The suspect has tattoos on both his upper arms. The suspect is initially wearing glasses and has dog tags around his neck. The suspect is later observed without the glasses and dog tags. The suspect also utilizes a black colored electric scooter during the incident," police said.

Police said the suspect fled the area operating a white/silver colored Suzuki XL-7 SUV, possibly 2004 through 2006. The vehicle has tinted rear windows and damage on the rear driver side quarter panel, and is believed to have a New Jersey or Pennsylvania license plate.
