Ocean City Sophomore Amy Phillips Designs Winning First Night Button

First Night Committee members met recently at Ocean City High School to name
 the winner of its 2014 button design contest.

The school's art students were ask to design a button commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the Ocean City Fishing Pier. First Night attendees purchase buttons good for entertainment venues and activities during the popular nonalcoholic family New Year's Eve celebration in Ocean City.

Winner was sophomore Amy Phillips who was awarded $100 and the honor of having her design imprinted on 10,000 First Night buttons.
