A new video featuring Ocean City insurance agency owner Tom Heist (Thomas H. Heist Insurance Agency) offers a great resource that can help property owners understand the ramifications of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's updated flood maps.
The film was the idea of NJ Realty agent Ken Fowser, who was looking for a way to help explain flood insurance issues to customers. It is filmed by John Thornton, a south-end resident who made a memorable four-part video diary of Superstorm Sandy.
