Reception for October Arts Center Exhibitor on Friday

Richard Stockton College art professor Michael McGarvey brings his wood engravings to the Ocean City Arts Center in October.

A "Meet the Artist" reception, which is free and open to the public, will be held 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12.

A Port Republic resident, McGarvey will show his wood engraving prints from the block for a limited edition to accompany the book, "The Orphan's Song: The Memoirs of James O'Neil."
